Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement marketing strategies to grow the base of paying students in Korea
  • Reply & solve customers inquiries & issues through social media & email
  • Collect feedback from students to improve the experience of Korean students
  • Advise the product team on how to improve the learning experience for students in Korea

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in relevant field
  • Work experience (minimum 1 year)
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excited to help customers with day to day issues
  • Entrepreneurial spirit
  • Excellent Korean & English written and verbal communication skills
